Quick Start Guide

1. Set Up Call Forwarding

Forward your practice phone number to your assigned DVP number. This typically takes 2-3 minutes with your phone provider.

  • Contact your phone provider or access your online portal
  • Set up unconditional call forwarding to your DVP number
  • Test by calling your practice number

2. Configure Your Database

Connect your own database instance to store all call data and transcriptions.

  • Provide your database connection URL
  • We'll create the necessary tables automatically
  • All data stays in YOUR database

3. Start Receiving Calls

That's it! Your calls are now being transcribed and saved to your database in real-time.
